Once a month your family will receive an average of
25lbs. of pastured meats and 4-dozen eggs (for the half share, you receive half the amount)!

An example of a full share would be: 2 whole pastured chickens, 6 lbs. ground beef, beef chuck roast, 4 pk. steaks, soup bones, 2 pounds ground seasoned sausage, pork shoulder roast, pork chops - plus 4 dozen eggs.

Meats will include grass-fed beef, pastured pork, and pastured chicken and your eggs - a Thanksgiving Turkey* will be in the November Full Share!  You can purchase turkeys and Christmas Hams separate WHILE THEY LAST.  Please reserve separate turkeys and hams EARLY as we sell out fast.

(*turkey not included in half share - turkeys are limited-must be CSA member by March of 2010 for a November Turkey)
